41st Annual Canadian National Championship
October 5th - 9th, 2007
The Central Ontario Spaniel Club (COSC) is proud to announce
the approval by the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC), to host the
2007 Canadian National Championships.
This prestigious event will be held October 5th - 9th in Dornoch, Ontario. Our members welcome the opportunity to promote Canada’s longstanding history of enthusiasm for outdoor
activities and in particular relish the chance to showcase North America’s most exceptional Springer Spaniels. Furthering our mission to promote Springer Spaniels, we expect coverage of
the National Championship by a popular outdoor television show, as well as many outdoor oriented magazines.
The 2007 Canadian National Championship will attract competitors, their dogs and families, from right across Canada
and much of the United States. We anticipate well over one hundred competitors to qualify for and compete in this five day event.
Hosting an event of this magnitude is not easy and COSC,
being a not-for-profit organization, must rely heavily on the
support of its membership, volunteers and sponsors. COSC successfully hosted the 1991 Canadian National, and received nothing but positive feedback for that event. We anticipate the same this year.

Best regards,
